Manage and respond to online reviews from the mobile app.
Reviews List and Requests
Accessing your list of reviews is simple. Tap Menu in the bottom bar, then select Reviews from the list of options.
Tap the Reviews dropdown in the top left corner to switch between Reviews List, Manage Campaigns, and Reviews Settings.
Scroll from left to right to view different metrics such as Total New Reviews and Average Score of New Reviews.
To request a review through the mobile app:
1. Start a new message or start a reply in a conversation.
2. Tap the three-dot menu to expand messaging features.
3. Tap the star icon.
4. Select the review campaign you want to request from.
5. Tap Send.
Respond to and Manage Responses
To respond to a review through the mobile app:
1. Select the review you want to respond to in the Reviews List.
2. Tap in the reply field.
3. Enter your response.
4. Tap Post to Facebook/Google (depending on where the review came from).
You also have several interaction options with reviews.

Private Reply – This allows you to message the reviewer through Text Request, rather than the public review platform they used.

View Thread – This will take you to the message thread where the review request was sent.

Flag Review – You can apply this tag to mark any review as special in some way.

Mark as Spam – You can apply this tag to mark any review as spam or problematic.
To access these interaction options through the mobile app:
1. In the Reviews List, tap the review you want to respond to.
2. Tap the three-dot button to open your options.
3. Select the option you wish to use.

Analytics
To access Review Analytics through the mobile app:
1. Tap Menu in the bottom bar.
2. Select Reviews from the list.
3. Tap Analytics in the top right corner.
Tap Analytics again to expand the menu and navigate between different pages within Analytics.
