You can cancel a payment request in the Payment Request History section of your Payments menu.
Note: Any Payment Requests made during Training Mode will be delivered, but money cannot be processed until you enter Live Mode. See our guide on completing Payment Setup.
To cancel a Payment request:
1. Go to Payments.
2. Find the payment request you’re looking for.
3. Select the + button next to the request.
4. Select the Cancel request button.
Only outstanding payment requests can be canceled, and you cannot cancel requests Marked as Paid.
Your contact will receive no notice that the request has been canceled, but if they try to pay it, the contact will receive a text telling them the request has been canceled.
Cancellations are instantaneous and cannot be undone.
