Canceling Your Text Request Account

We don't want you to leave, but we get that you may need to move on.

To cancel,  an account administrator needs to email, along with their account ID and reason for cancellation.

Note that we have a "holding plan" option, so that you can save all your data if you think you may start using Text Request again in the future.  

Any info you share about why you're leaving will be used to improve customer experience.
