Schedule your account for cancellation, or explore our holding plan if you have to step away temporarily.
Cancel Account
Once you select Process Cancellation, your account is immediately scheduled for cancellation. You can continue using your account up until the date you’ve paid through, which is listed in your cancellation information.
Warning: Once the scheduled cancellation date passes, all account data will be deleted, including Dashboards, Users, Contacts, and message history. You will also lose your 10DLC registration status.

To cancel your account:
1. Select Plan on the Account screen.
2. Click Cancel account to expand.
3. Select Cancel your account.
4. Select Cancel my account.
5. (Optional) Select a reason for leaving.
6. Check the box next to the “I understand” statement.
7. Click Process Cancellation.
Feedback on the final screen is optional but helps us improve and create the best possible experience for our users.
Stop Account Cancellation
You can stop account cancellation anytime before the listed date by returning to the Account page.
To stop account cancellation:
1. Select Plan on the Account screen.
2. Select Stop Account Cancellation.
3. Click Stop Cancellation.
This will delete the scheduled cancellation date and you can continue using your account. Your next monthly bill will appear normally.
