10DLC Surcharge Information

Accounts that have not completed 10DLC registration will receive a surcharge on their monthly bill.

Warning: As of January 1st, 2024, any account that hasn't completed 10DLC registration will receive a monthly surcharge until registration is completed and approved.

What is this?

Our carrier partners place additional, hefty fees on numbers with unregistered traffic. As a result, while we can still host your unregistered phone number, you must pay this additional fee to continue sending messages. The fee comes in the form of a 25% surcharge on your monthly bill. This means that if you normally pay $100 per month, there will be an additional charge of $25 until 10DLC registration is completed and approved.

For the best experience and benefit to your business, it is imperative you complete 10DLC registration as soon as possible. Once your 10DLC registration has received full approval from our carrier partners, you'll no longer receive the fees and the surcharge will drop from your bill.

Who is receiving this charge?

Only accounts that have yet to complete 10DLC registration for their dashboards. If you believe you have already completed 10DLC registration, but are still receiving the charge, please contact our support team for help.
