There are two options for resetting your Text Request password depending if you either forgot it or just want to update it.
Option 1 - Forgot Password
If you’ve forgotten your Text Request password, visit our Login page, and click Forgot Password. Input the email address you use to log in to the account, and click SUBMIT. An email will be sent to that email address with a link to reset your password.
Note: Don't see the password change email? Sometimes the email ends up in the spam folder, so check there first. If you still have trouble logging in, please contact us.
Option 2 - Updating Your Password
If you can log in, but still want to change your password, go to your My Profile by clicking on the circle icon in the right-hand corner of your dashboard.
Then click the Change Password button under the Profile Details section.
Enter your current password, then your new password twice, and click SAVE.
