Mobile App Account and Profile Preferences

Make changes to your account and user profile from the convenience of your mobile device.

Profile & Preferences

All users have access to Profile & Preferences, which provide options to personalize the Text Request experience for each user.  

To access Profile & Preferences from the mobile app: 

1. Tap Menu in the bottom bar. 

2. Tap Profile at the top of the navigation menu.

3. Tap the section you want to go to.

Note: While you can change the Default Message View in the mobile app, this will not affect how the message queue is displayed in the mobile app. The mobile app only has one type of message view. 

 

Account

Only administrators have access to the Account section of Text Request. It’s here that admins can make changes to the selected plan, payment method, and security preferences among others. 

To access the Account page from the mobile app:

1. Tap Menu in the bottom bar. 

2. Tap Account in the list of options.



You then have 5 options available.

  • Usage – Tracks how many of your allotted texts you’ve used this month and in previous months.  
  • Plan – Make changes to your plan and view any upcoming bills. 
  • Payment – Update your payment method on file or view previous invoices.
  • 10DLC – Complete 10DLC registration or view your approved application.
  • Security – Activate and strengthen your account security.
