Administrator Contacts

List all your account's administrators, their roles, and how best to contact them.

This information helps our people at Text Request address issues faster by contacting the best administrator for the situation. For example, the Technical Contact is automatically notified when a webhook is disconnected.

To add/edit contact information:

1. Go to Account.

2. Select Contacts.

3. Click the field you want to edit.

4. Leave the page. All changes are saved automatically.
