These problems can often be fixed by updating the browser or mobile device’s operating system. ### **Browsers** Text Request’s web application is supported on five main browsers, and we can always guarantee that the most recent major release is supported on our web application.  **Note: **If you're unsure what a major release is, it's the first number in a release version string. 136 is the major release in the version string 136.0.738.1. | **Browser** | **Recommended Version** | **Minimum Version** | | --- | --- | --- | | Google Chrome (Desktop & Android) | Latest (124+) | 113 (May 2023) | | Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based) | Latest (124+) | 113 (May 2023) | | Mozilla Firefox | Latest (126+) | 115 ESR (July 2023) | | Safari (macOS) | Latest (17.5+) | 16 (macOS Ventura) | | Safari (iOS/iPadOS) | Latest (iOS 17.5+) | 16 (iOS 16) | | Samsung Internet | Latest (24+) | 20 (based on Chromium 113) |   Text Request is still usable on the minimum browser versions, but you may encounter issues when using an outdated browser. With constantly evolving technology, security, and compatibility requirements, we are **unable to support all historical versions** of browsers and operating systems.   We understand that updating can sometimes be challenging, but making sure your browser and operating system are on their latest version is the best way to ensure a smooth, secure experience.   ### **Mobile Operating Systems** If the mobile app displays a blank screen or is experiencing other issues when loading, you may need to **update your browser version**. In rare cases, you may also need to update your operating system to apply the latest browser version.
