Free Trial Explained
The free trial lasts for 14 days, but you can convert anytime during or after that period. During those 14 days, you can only text our sales support number and the phone number you used for the verification text.
Features included in the free trial:
- Individual and group messaging
- Add contacts (both individual and entire lists)
- Create autoresponses, message tags, keywords, and templates
- Add users to explore with you
- Personalize your profile and preferences
The best part is, everything you create or upload transfers to your full plan when you upgrade!
There are some features that are restricted to full plans, but we have plenty of material if you want to learn more.
Features not included in the free trial:
Note: While all of your data and creations transfer, you will need to complete 10DLC Registration for your texting number before you can actually send texts on your full plan.
This registration is required for all business texting platforms, and unfortunately cannot be completed during the free trial period.
Signing Up
To sign up for a free trial:
1. Go to the free trial sign up page.
2. Complete the form with your contact information.
3. Click Verify Email Address in the message sent to the email address you provided.
4. Enter your mobile phone number in the verification screen. This will be the verified phone number you can test texting with during your free trial.
5. Enter the code sent to your mobile phone.
To sign up for a full plan:
1. Go to Sign Up! in the navigation menu or the Free Trial Guide.
2. Click Select Your Plan for the plan you want.
3. Select Standard or HIPAA Compliant Texting.
4. Enter your payment information and click Complete Purchase.
5. Welcome to Text Request!
Once you've completed your purchase, you'll be in the normal Text Request account creation flow. If you need help with these steps, see our Getting Started with Text Request guide.
Free Trial Guide
Included in the free trial is a handy guide that gives a brief overview of some of the most common and useful things you can do in Text Request. The guide contains information, buttons that will take you to the feature, and links to our help center with additional information if you want to learn more.
You can access the guide at anytime, from any page by clicking the blue banner at the top. Everything in the guide is completely optional and there to help you get the most out of your free trial experience!
