10DLC Daily Limits
T-Mobile has a daily texting limit for incoming messages. As a result, depending on your plan type and message frequency, you may see the following.

This means you can no longer send text messages to that contact for the rest of the day as you have exceeded T-Mobile’s daily texting limit. You can still message other contacts who have different carriers without issue. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to identify what carrier a contact uses.
If you encounter this issue regularly, you can upgrade your plan to Corporate or above. Due to the higher allowed message usage of larger plans, T-Mobile has an increased daily limit before they cap incoming text messages. Even with a larger plan, it can exceed this higher cap.
Note: After upgrading your plan, it takes 1-3 business days for your 10DLC registration to update and unlock the higher message limit cap.

10DLC Expert Mode
You may encounter 10DLC Expert Mode when attempting to complete your registration. This is reserved for accounts that have multiple or unique use cases and is not something you can opt into or out of.
Expert Mode means we take care of your 10DLC registration for you. Like regular 10DLC registration, the full process can take several weeks depending on our carrier partners.
